Extremely disappointed! We contracted this catering service for a Quinceañera months in advance and they cancelled 2 days before the event, leaving us is a very difficult situation. Our venue requested proof of their health permit, food handler certificate, liability insurance and business license and they could not provide anything. So beware if you are going to contract them. We are extremely disappointed and wouldn't want anyone else to have this type of experience.
We hired this vendor to provide food service at our wedding, scheduled from 5 to 8 p.m. While the food itself was tasty and received many compliments from our guests (which we appreciated), the overall experience was disappointing. They did not begin serving until just before 6 p.m., nearly an hour after the scheduled start time. This caused significant stress as guests began arriving at 5 p.m., and food was our only catering option.
