We hired this vendor to provide food service at our wedding, scheduled from 5 to 8 p.m. While the food itself was tasty and received many compliments from our guests (which we appreciated), the overall experience was disappointing. They did not begin serving until just before 6 p.m., nearly an hour after the scheduled start time.
