Las Casuelas Restaurants have a long and proud heritage. In the city of Mazatlan, Mexico, founder Florencio Delgado's grandmother prepared wonderful dishes and perfected recipes to hand down to her children. Using these same recipes, Florencio's mother prepared and served meals to townspeople from her very own kitchen in Arizona.
