One of the best managements at this property. They care for their tenants.. even though I didn’t move in and the reason was on my end the property looked well maintained and spacious 1 bedroom. Would recommend to all.
MOLD IN APARTMENT 53!!! I stayed here over a year and a half and became terribly sick due to mold all throughout apartment 53. At first it was no big deal, I couldn't even smell the mold, but over the months of exposure my body shut down and I had all these strange symptoms from severe anxiety, brain fog, memory issues, food intolerance's, muscle and joint pain, etc. I am so disappointed this unit wasn't properly abated and cleared. I had to move for work, but the Las Casa apts was my home for 3 years. Not only is Myra the apartment manager amazing and helpful but they take good care of the property and it is a safe place to live.
