I had to move for work, but the Las Casa apts was my home for 3 years. Not only is Myra the apartment manager amazing and helpful but they take good care of the property and it is a safe place to live.

I got no pleasure from writing you a scathing review. If what I said does "not accurately reflect what you are striving for" would please make a liar out of me? I've lived here for many years. My neighbors, for the most part, are clean, quiet, and friendly. Don't believe the photos. There is so much termite damage to the wooden structure and the trees that I'm surprised the buildings are still standing after earthquakes and that more trees haven't fallen on more cars. So far, only one tree fell on a car, but the other tree fell on the walkway.
