UPDATE: We recently just moved out after 2 years of living here. I’ve come to say even with the change of management these apartments are worth it. The price, the staff, everything. The parking situation has been “temporarily” fixed not sure if they are keeping it but they now have guest passes! The staff is amazing. Super easy to get ahold of, never have had any issues with them. It’s very quiet. We have new property management now. I understand that guest parking is not a priority as I was told a month ago. I’ve never lived somewhere where I couldn’t have family and friends visit due to no parking. My Dad just passed away recently and my family and friends like checking in on me but they can’t even do that. I have to drive to Riverside to pick up my boyfriend when he comes over because no guest parking here. Very very very inconvenient.
I have been waiting on an issue to get resolved since August and it still hasn’t been addressed.I am now dealing with worms in my apartment and maggots dropping from the vent over my stove . Now this is May 2025 and I’m living with termites I can’t cook without having to stand and watch my food because the termites are all on my stove my living room they are coming in from the air conditioner not being sealed correctly.
This was my 1st apartment. I had to find a place to stay FAST . Although the complex is in a crazy neighborhood I had no issue with the location , or the way I could hear EVERYTHING my neighbors did. Maintenance was pretty fast fixing things (say it’s important even if it’s not). My 1 star is for the roaches! Spraying the cabinets is not enough, they don’t spray outside and the roaches are all over not just cabinets . If you move in here bring boric acid with you.
