Would not recommend this place to any home owner looking for a company to manage their rentals. It's obvious that this real estate/property management company puts their rental buildings on the back burner. When I first moved into my last place this company seemed ok, but after staying there for 2 years I realized how bad they were. Our assigned "property manager" stopped answering her emails or calls after about a month into our tenancy, so we had to keep bothering the owner of the company. Unprofessional. I’ve been consistently not happy with their management and gone back and forth debating what to write in this review, but to sum it up: unprofessional, lacks accountability.
