Las Aguas apartments is a great place to live. All apartments have their own set of problems, but it’s how the problems are handled that really matters. Las Aguas staff does a great job handling problems effectively. Jesse, Madison and Carlos are vital to their ability to do this. Very appreciative of the work they do.
Been here for 5 months. My main issue is most of the pet owners are lazy and let their dogs pee in the halls/stairwells. Or don’t leash them and let them roam on the bottom floor alone while the owner stands at the top of the stairs. Other than that, Jesse and Madison have been very helpful with any issues and maintenance requests. Maintenance is super sufficient. I like my apartment. But can’t stand these pet owners.
Lived here for a year in my first apartment. It was an amazing experience. Management was helpful, maintenance was helpful and efficient, and the amenities were always in great condition.
Las Aguas is by far the best place I have lived in. Jesse and Madison are wonderful and responsive. Gil and Carlos are the best maintenance crew. I love it here. So convenient to 101, 202 and many attractions close by.
Gil and Carlos are amazing! Such great maintenance guys and they are efficient when doing anything for your apartment. They make you feel comfortable and are on top of things. The best experience I’ve had with any maintenance guys and they make living here that much better!
