There’s no office every office online is fake doesn’t show up for appointments, when trying to speak to someone they will not call back unless you call them back to back then they will discontinue care saying it’s a liability issue. I’m not sure if this is a running functioning business or a real person. whatever you do run they will make up an excuse as to why insurance isn’t paying when your insurance says they didn’t receive such bill.
Khalilah LaRue again didn’t show up to a phone appointment yesterday. I mean come on, how hard is it to show up to ten minute phone appointment? This is the third or fourth time this has happened. Other times she calls hours past our appointment. It’s like is this lady prescribing me medication even licensed? I honestly think she needs additional training on code of ethics. Gave me serotonin syndrome. Upp’d my doses over mine and the FDAs recommendations, what do I know I’m not a doctor. Missed appointments and had no listening skills. Nearly killed me
I saw the doctor 2 or 3 times in early 2023. Didn't vibe so I found a different doctor. I called and canceled my upcoming appointments. Yet, every month since then I get a new claim on my insurance for an appointment I didn't set, request, or even get notified of. No appointment confirmation emails, no "your telehealth appointment is starting soon" emails, no emails to the link for the video call.
