the work I had done on my hair absolutely reversed all the blonde I had worked for years to keep. After she did my hair faced away from a mirror the whole time i told her i didn't like it. She told me it would lighten up like i want it in a few months, after it did not I contacted her and she said to deal with it. Please be careful when coming here. Ive been going here for 2 years. Made an appointment, got a confirmation and showed up. Nobody was there and they had moved out of their building and downsized. The lights were off and the door was locked. No response on the phone either.
Dyan did such a good job with my hair cut! She was very fast for a dramatic hair cut, we took a lot off and I’m so happy with the results. Lovely experience overall.
Horrible experience. Left this place with significantly damaged hair. Very unprofessional owner, who repeatedly disregarded me after she agreed to fix my hair due to the damage caused by one of her other stylists. Complete waste of money. Made several attempts to contact the owner, (left messages, etc.) to discuss another resolution- No reply or attempt to contact me back.
Horrifying! My daughter had highlights in her hair and decided she wanted to dye her full head of hair to her natural color. I went with her to Laru Ni Hati on Central hoping for a simple dye that would be somewhere near her natural color. First her appointment was moved an hour later at the last minute, but that turned out to be a small inconvenience compared to the entire experience. There wasn't a strand test or a consultation.
