My experience here at Latery Wellness has been a rollar coaster of fighting the staff to actually file my papers with Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Sheild, and Medicaid. Ever since I began seeing Jenel Thomas back in January the office has not been helpful for when she was out and didn't show to one of my appointments. Now Latery Wellness and Blue Cross Blue Sheild are saying I owe over $950. I was told when I signed up with Latery that they take my insurance. April Chen is my therapist and she consistently pushes me to be my better self and always educating me on ways to feel better. I love that she gets to know you as a person and your interests so she can incorporate those things in your therapy sessions. ❤️ love her!!!
Group sessions for kids a wonderful, the kids are engaged they provide suggestions to groupmates on how to manage themselves. I often listening on their zoom sessions as a parent.
My mom has dementia caused by the umbrella effect of psychosis. Nothing else wrong. She shut down and is very stubborn. News flash this is how shes always been. Its not the psychosis. Its her. My therapist, Sheryl Royster, has truly saved my life and that is not an understatement. I found both her and Lartey during a very dark time in my life. Her approach is non-judgmental and caring.
