Multiple errors with our house, many empty promises. Nearing a year later we now have lawyers involved. Service was great until they had our money. Learn from my experience, save yourself time, money and effort. Buy ANYWHERE but here.
House was placed down backwards. Owners promised to make it right and didn’t. We got broken and uncentered patios, unfulfilled promises and lots of money out of pocket spent. Will update our review if/when they ever correct their errors.
My wife contacted Larson Homes and got ahold of them one time initially. They sent over a standard email thanking us for reaching out and provided a basic summary of what they offer. As we had more questions and wanted more details to start the purchase of a home, she could never get ahold of them. Bad experience, Bad business , it was fine at first when tiny home was purchased then after they received their money any problems were apparently not their problem , the home had so many issues with it when delivered , it was a absolute nightmare , They already tried to use our warranty on a new home that was delivered this way , it actually took us calling the main warehouse to get answers and get help , Larson tiny home would not help , gave us the run around , blocked our text messages no communication at all , and we pu... read more
Amazing homes, amazing staff, amazing service! Recently purchased a tiny home and was new to the whole process, Larson's was able to easily walk me through each step and were very punctual and communicative the entire time! Rachel & Jason were rockstars, They made sure they had answers to all my questions and made the first time buyer experience very easy!
