If I could leave negative stars I would. This office and the staff I have interacted with are of the least professional and/ or considerate. I was warned to not do business with them before making the prenatal appointment but as some may know, those appointments are to be made far in advance and I was in need. My family and I have been a patients of Dr. Wedell at Kirkland Chiropractic and Massage, for years. The staff are so professional, kind, and great to work with. My family and I are so grateful for this team and cannot recommend them enough.
This is the worst place I have been too so far. I was planning to use my Insurance and when I booked the appointment Amy didn't mention that they need a medical referral. This was the first time for me using my Insurance for a massage. When I got there again she didn't told me that without a medical referral I can't have a massage. Terrible experience—avoid if you have UHC or need pre-authorization. Amy, the billing staff, is incapable of handling pre-authorizations. Despite multiple three-way calls and even my efforts to speak with the provider line, she refused to take responsibility. Member services confirmed it’s her job to handle insurance, but Amy forced me to pay out of pocket due to her incompetence. Her rude and unprofessional attitude made every interaction a nightmare.
