Extremely disappointed with the delivery and especially customer service response. On 5/14 I order parts quoted @ 1-2 weeks. Multiple attempts to contact via email and phone were ignored and/or passed off. Product finally delivered 7/18 and one of the items was wrong. I've attempted to contact again and again I'm ignored and/or passed off. I would suggest you avoid this vendor
Great company for audio visual needs. They do great work.
Chase repaired and upgraded our church's sound system, added video cameras with recording/streaming capabilities during the pandemic allowing us to broadcast every week since April 2020, and just installed, set up, and trained us on a new mixing board that immediately improved our livestream sound quality. All this for a fair price and with the best attitude and eagerness to make things right. Thank you!
