I ordered two wedding bands from this company. After a week had passed *** I had received no information about the shipment, I contacted the company and was told that the website had misadvertised the price and that I needed to pay an additional $210 (original price for both rings was $547.48) if I wanted the merchandise. I was also offered a full refund and was told that as long as a full refund was offered, the price change on an advertised item was not illegal. The company provides a terrible service! I placed an order for a fingerprint ring in mid January. I requested two engravings. A fingerprint outside and a little sentence inside. The company currently doesn't have an option to order engravings inside and outside at the same time. They asked me to send an email about inside engraving. Do not use this company. They are scammers. I bought a wedding ring a month ago which I have not received. They don't have the rings displayed on their site, they are ordering it from a third party. Do not waste your time because you will never get your ring on time. I filed a claim with my bank to get my money back and by the way they don't respond to phone calls nor emails. I will never recommend anyone to this company. Be warned!!!! Do not use this company!

If I could give them zero stars I would. This companys customer service is a joke. We received a faulty product, have sent multiple emails, phone calls and even texts and have heard nothing back. I am afraid that they will not respect their return policy because we are only a few days from the close of the return window.
