I brought my car in for diagnostic test, they kept it all day, provided no updates like I was told they would, and now they are closed and STILL have my vehicle. I called multiple times and was either just sent to voicemail or told that I could only speak to someone named Stacy Ivchenko who I was told would return my call right after she finished the one she was on - no text, no calls, no emails, nothing. If I could describe this place in 3 words, they'd be chaotic, non-chalant, and concerning. I have received poor service on multiple occasions. Today is the last straw for me. I really wanted to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves as trusted service advisors for me, but it's a no. As we know, it's already stressful to have your vehicle serviced, especially when major work is required. You would think one would lead with compassion 🤔... Larson Hyundai is polite and sort of nice that’s about it. They completely fail in every area of service otherwise. I have never waited less than 3.5 hours for a routine service appointment. Work that should take less then an hour. I once waited 45 minutes just to get a shuttle service ride setup…it’s an absolute nightmare every single time. They NEVER remember to wash your car and then tell you sorry we will get it done in 15mins but easily takes 35. My friends drive an hour away to Titus Will bc Larson is so bad. I guess I... read more
