I just got done on the phone speaking with Becca in service. She did an amazing job explaining the situation with the EV, and letting me know what I can expect for timeframes. Becca was very sympathetic to my needs but kindly let me know what the reality is for what kind of time this will take and not tell me something wishy-washy. Anybody can be good when times are good. It's only when adversity hits do you get to see what people are made of. Thanks Becca!
Smooth hand-off
I have taken my Hyundai Tiburon 2 x to have water pump an coils done both times , I been treated good and mechanic's do excellent job no complaints.
My last experience with Larson was great. I was in and out and got great customer service.
Excellent service. Looking forward to the renovations to finish.
