This has been the best service department I’ve ever had the pleasure to interact with. They went above and beyond this thanksgiving season to bless me and make me feel welcomed. I want to shout out Artrell Fisher and his supervisor that helped me understand the terms of HCM and were very friendly and considerate when clearing up my confusion. 10/10 I will continue to bring my Kona here for all future services 👍🏽

I brought my car in for diagnostic test, they kept it all day, provided no updates like I was told they would, and now they are closed and STILL have my vehicle. I called multiple times and was either just sent to voicemail or told that I could only speak to someone named Stacy Ivchenko who I was told would return my call right after she finished the one she was on - no text, no calls, no emails, nothing.
