I had been having issues with my brakes for a while and had taken my car to multiple other service shops, but they were never able to find any problems after their inspections. I brought my car here for a brake inspection, and the mechanic suggested a brake fluid exchange. After having it done, my brakes feel so much better! Do not go here for service for your vehicle. They'll tell you one price and then charge you an entirely different amount. The front desk people are rude, impatient, and dismissive. I love my hyundai but this service center makes me think I'll never buy from them again.

I just got done on the phone speaking with Becca in service. She did an amazing job explaining the situation with the EV, and letting me know what I can expect for timeframes. Becca was very sympathetic to my needs but kindly let me know what the reality is for what kind of time this will take and not tell me something wishy-washy. Anybody can be good when times are good. It's only when adversity hits do you get to see what people are made of. Thanks Becca!
