Andy was very thorough in his inspection of my house. He answered all of my concerns and questions. He was polite and knowledgeable. He was able to get me scheduled the week after I called, and I received the inspection report the very next day after the inspection was complete. Andy was able to be scheduled within a week of initially contacting him, which I was very happy with. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He was very detailed with his inspection. He explained things in an easy to understand way and let me know how difficult or easy something in the house was to remedy. My realtor was happy with him as well. I would definitely use him again and recommend to family and friends.

I'm posting this about a year after we had our home inspection done. I remember Andy was knowledgeable and was helpful in answering many questions as he walked us through the house. He sent us a report that we are going through now, and we're grateful for the detailed notes in there (we are starting to address some things he recommended). I highly recommend Andy as an inspector.

Andy has easily been one of the best parts of buying my first home. I was delighted when it was Andy that answered the phone when I called to setup my appointment, which he was early to. Upon meeting, Andy introduced himself with a firm handshake and a calming presence. Andy was a great inspector- very helpful and educational. As a first-time homebuyer I appreciated his insight and his expertise. He knows what he is doing and doesn't hesitate to share some of his knowledge with his customer. He does a thorough job and I can't recommend him enough.
