Very knowledgeable and checked everything even things I missed! Had several suggestions on small improvements that would help make my house better many that cost almost nothing. I personally wouldn’t even consider using someone else!

Andy was very knowledgeable about everything and did a great job giving us a detailed report. He has tons of experience and was very helpful giving recommendations on what needs to be done in the home. Would absolutely call Andy again in the future for a home inspection.
