Andy is an Honest and an excellent Inspector, very thorough. He is perhaps the only Inspector in the area that holds a degree in Construction Management in addition to his inspector certifications. He is excellent and I highly, highly recommend him. Thanks Andy for all you do!

Andy was able to be scheduled within a week of initially contacting him, which I was very happy with. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with. He was very detailed with his inspection. He explained things in an easy to understand way and let me know how difficult or easy something in the house was to remedy. My realtor was happy with him as well. I would definitely use him again and recommend to family and friends.
