I have been going here for about five years. I have always liked the staff and Dr. Saxe. Everyone has been great, answering any questions. When I came the first time, I had something in my eye and they got me an appointment the same day. That was when I first met Dr. Saxe, and she took good care of me. So now that's who I see when I make my appointment. Thank you for being a great office!
Hinsdale Eye Center is a great place to find glasses. I have been getting my glasses there for more than 5 years now. There selection of frame is always great and there staff is so helpful and kind. Need glasses? Hinsdale Eye Center is the place to go.
I highly recommend becoming a patient of Hinsdale Eye Center because of Dr. Allie Morales. Dr. Morales is the best optometrist I have ever had. I had been using antiquated, uncomfortable soft lens contacts for years without realizing that there were more comfortable and cost-effective ones available thanks to her. She also checks for health issues in my eyes that are normally reserved for opthamalogists. While the doctor I saw was very nice, the staff was not. I noticed a credit card charge from their office over a month after I was seen and called to ask about it bc I wanted to make sure it wasn’t fraud and they were very mater of fact about it saying it’s their office policy to automatically charge your credit card they keep on file whatever you owe and I tried to tell them they charged me on a date that was a month after I was seen and I was never sent a bill or courteously informed of the charge and obviously I’m going t... read more

My experience at this clinic was so totally professional. Each and every person I came in contact with from front desk to optician was a pleasant experience. The doctor and her assistants made me feel at ease. I felt I was being attended to in the fullest capacity anyone could ever get. Thank you all
