Company tried to bait and switch me on shipping costs and then charged me an arbitrary restocking fee. STAY AWAY
DO NOT BUY FROM LARSON ELECTRONICS!! Purchased multiple mast's both manual and electric. Out of the 12 mast's ordered not to mention the long lead time and know real idea of when the products would be delivered, out of the 5 masts I have fielded 1 broke the first time we used it the second didn't work out of the box and 2 more failed upon delivery to the customers site. Customer service is not existent, they refuse to stand behind their products and have attempted to charge me for the parts for all the repairs stating it w... read more
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! This company is absolutely horrible! Their customer service is non existent and the do not support their products. In fact they blame their customers on failed junk they sell you. I will do everything I can to discourage everyone I know to not deal with these clowns. I will happily give my order to someone else who takes care of their customers. Good luck Larson!! You will need it!!
