Office staff is borderline rude. Drove to an appointment 3x - 90 minutes one way - was told the doc couldn't see me due to illness. Once is understandable, twice annoying, 3rd time left me feeling like a fool. Office staff was not helpful in transferring my records to another doctor and dismissive of the choice I made in a new physician. Medical care was adequate.
