In response to the above criticism it was not my call. I represented the seller and they were aware of the other offer. The seller decided to take the first offer as it was a very good non contingent offer. The seller was happy with what they had in front of them. I work for them. They made the call. You don't stay in business for 23 years by being unethical.
Not an ethical realtor. Our realtor was talking to Don, and he knew we were about to put an offer in. Once our offer was in, he turned around and said his seller just accepted a different offer. We wasted time, and our offer wasn’t even given a chance!
