WARNING - CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!! Unfortunately, Lars Larson (Lars All Repair Services) NEVER repaired my hot-tub. He quoted me a price of $1,500 (up-charge to $1,600) without even knowing the issue or amount of work needed to be done. As mentioned before, there were still leaks coming from the tub. He charged me for a pump he never replaced and left the tub sitting in the yard for a full month with no maintenance done. It's unfortunate that he's probably ripped off 1,200 customers in the past. Very bad customer service. Did NOT fix leaking issue regarding outdoor hot-tub. Charged me $400 for a pump/motor that did NOT need replacing BUT was replaced THEN replaced AGAIN with the same OLD unit. Left hot-tub sitting in backyard on cinder blocks for a month with NO service or communication (eye sore for family and neighbors). Very rude and unprofessional. Added an up-charge fee for work that was done very poorly. Shoddy work at best. Hot-tub STILL HAS LEAKS. I strongly suggest not calling on this company for any repair... read more
