I would give them a zero if I could. The Larsens left a huge mess costing thousands and less than a month after the “repair” was completed the exact same issue that was initially meant to be fixed reoccurred and caused massive damages. They refuse to take responsibility or even acknowledge that there is a problem with their work. The owner resorted to yelling and threatening when we requested the work be fixed. The worst plumbers I’ve ever worked with 0/10 would not recommend
