We had the roof replaced on 11/4 after hail damage. Informed Mike Larsen the homeowners insurance will be covering the cost. Paid him partial payments on 10/17 and 11/4. Got served with papers stating there was a lien put on the house on 11/28. Not even a month after the work was done. Had to wait 5 weeks for the check for the depreciated value. Mike was on time and listened to my several problems with patience. He gave me clear and detailed explanations, and inspected the whole roof carefully. On a torrid summer afternoon.Then he didn't try to sell me "urgent" and "vital" repairs on my roof. He pointed the problems, that are to be fixed by a carpenter, and he did NOT charge me for taking his time to educate me (European guy) in this new field for me. He's an honest professional and he's gonna get any future job done on my roof.
