We live out of state and Tracy expertly guided us through the process. She was excellent in follow through, communications and promotion of the property. We enjoyed working with her so much, we hired her to represent another property.

I met Tracy about 6years ago I was selling a old rental of mine in Ellensburg. It needed a lot of help. She had all the people to put this place on the market. She even mowed the lawn twice herself.
