After trying to have an AC leak diagnosed by another company, and being quoted $1,500, I called Larsen for a free second opinion. I'm glad that I did. The tech from the first company did not even remove the panel to try and find the leak, saying it "couldn't be done." Kaden from Larsen showed up and popped the panel off an found the leak in minutes. He found some other issues with the setup of my AC which he completely fixed. They installed a new furnace and I don’t have any issues with that. I ordered air filters from them and the ones they sent don’t fit. I’ve called 20x, submitted their contact forms online, and have never been able to talk to anyone and no one has responded to me. So that’s neat.

Consumer beware… this company serviced our furnace in the attic and right after they left the furnace condensation pipe started leaking condensation into our walls. We wrote an email and sent a certified letter asking for reimbursement on the water damage to our new home, but they took no responsibility via email and the certified letter was returned. Despite being the last ones to touch the pipe before it came apart and leaked water into our walls, Bret Larsen (owner) sent an email to us telling us it was the home builders ... read more
