They scammed ourselves out of a diagnosis charge and are impossible to get a hold of. DO NOT RECCOMMEND. Out of my years of experience with the trades. I have never met a worse company to keep in contact with. Weeks of calling them multiple times a week and never a reply and only "We will get back to you" or their AI that is not even useful. If I could leave a negative star I would.

After trying to have an AC leak diagnosed by another company, and being quoted $1,500, I called Larsen for a free second opinion. I'm glad that I did. The tech from the first company did not even remove the panel to try and find the leak, saying it "couldn't be done." Kaden from Larsen showed up and popped the panel off an found the leak in minutes. He found some other issues with the setup of my AC which he completely fixed. They installed a new furnace and I don’t have any issues with that. I ordered air filters from them and the ones they sent don’t fit. I’ve called 20x, submitted their contact forms online, and have never been able to talk to anyone and no one has responded to me. So that’s neat.
