Larsen built our house two years ago. The whole experience from the initial sign-on through getting the keys (15 months) was great. I still see houses being built that broke ground around the same time as ours. I was skeptical going in, but everything went smooth, and now we have a lovely home in Wash Park on the same lot that our old bungalow was on.
