Our Company has worked with Larsen Development on many new-build houses and I've always been impressed with their process and delivery. They only hire really good Project Managers that pay close attention to all the details.
Larsen built our house two years ago. The whole experience from the initial sign-on through getting the keys (15 months) was great. I still see houses being built that broke ground around the same time as ours.
