I've been a satisfied customer for decades and have NEVER had an issue with employees or products.
Just stopped in there to buy some donuts and nobody came out of the back to help us. Heard people in back talking and laughing, guess they were too busy.

I too addressed your comment as soon as you posted it as i am a co-owner. Let me explain that when ypu came in we had a bus load of people on a tour hennce all the laughter. The store clerk went back by them to give.one of the customers her change and receipt. The store clerk wasn't even out of the store for. 5 minutes. I watched the tapes that run constantly. I know we are all on a hurry now a days but we a t Larsen bakery don't ignored our customers.
What a terrible excuse for a family business. Their sole priority is making money, the level of professionalism displayed is dismal, and the product itself is lacking. Take your business elsewhere if you have any standards when it comes to your baked goods.

I haven't heard anything about the incident in august till she said something to me over the phone after this incident just recently. If it was so bad why did she come back now or say something when she placed the order? My thing is that she said we are here only for the money and that she was going to make sure she tells everyone not to come to our bakery. You should try their green chili cheese Hamburger buns! Heaven.
The good-- This was the tastiest kringle I ever had! The not so good--They use margarine with a fair amount of trans fat, and high fructose corn syrup. No one ever claimed kringle was health food, but I'd rather see butter and real sugar, even if I have to pay a bit more. Not to mention someone in the household is allergic to corn.

Thank you for your review, Richard. We appreciate hearing from all of our customers. We are glad you enjoyed the kringle. To address the margarine/butter issue, we have chosen to use the margarine so that our kringle will be vegan. This way many more people can enjoy the delicious treat.
I get, send, and share their kringle every year. It's amazing. Especially love their nut fillings, pecan and almond.
