My LU student dropped her car off after hours on 7/8/26 for an oil change and check on no air conditioning. They did the oil change, and we deferred on the AC repair due to the price they quoted. I paid for services over the phone, and my daughter picked it up after hours on 7/9/26. When she picked it up, she found a new dent and scratches on the trunk lid. Shop has had no answers for what happened, and apparently they have no cameras on their lot. They've made no offer to make it right, and refused our request for insurance... read more

Got a new engine out in, but check engine light has been on since I got it. Good service though.
