After trusting this service for several years, they have now lost my business. All I needed was a new battery but after the first tow I was told it was the starter . . .$500!, and that I would need a 'parasitic check' for $300 if it happened again. The battery was dead 3 days latter causing another tow. Since these occurrences only started after I paid for a new starter I questioned if it was installed correctly.
