customer service is horrible, had to wait forever for tires, 3 and 1/2 hours then refused to rotate them later

Set up for a 930 10am appointment. At 1030 they tell my wife they don't have the tires there. They need to go warehouse and pick them up. Poor customer service!

I had an unexpected issue with a vehicle (the tire was going flat and needed air ASAP). A kind stranger informed me that I wouldn't make it far at all and suggested this place which wasn't far from where I was. Everyone I interacted with was super professional, quick, and very kind. They really cared about my needs. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing repairs or general auto service!
Good deal on 4 new tires for my wife's RAV4 today. Had issues with the tire pressure monitor system after install (no fault of Larry's), but they took the extra time to make sure everything was right. Ended up making the visit twice as long, but comforted to know that they didn't want us leaving until it was right. Huge shout out to Wayne and the crew at the new location, we'll be back!
