Larry's hatte eine Rabatt-Aktion von 15% auf Innenausstattungen und ich bestellte im September 2025 ein komplettes Interieur für meinen 55' Tbird. Leider konnte ich den Rabattcode nirgends eingeben, habe ihn aber unter Bemerkungen vermerkt. Mir wurde dann auf der Kreditkarte der Bruttobetrag verrechnet. Auf Anfrage teilte mir dann mit, dass sie mir die 15% zurückerstatten würden. Trotz mehrerer Mails, die mittlerweile auch nicht mehr beantwortet werden(!), ist bis heute noch nichts passiert. Prices are higher and limited on parts. Nice people tho.
Customer service is terrible. I have been waiting a month now for them to return my core charge money on an item that is perfectly rebuildable. I call them, they give me the same runaround about how it’s out at the rebuilder and they are waiting on him. I have asked them to contact the rebuilder to find out what is taking so long. I have never waited this long for a core charge refund. They say they will look into it and call me back and they never call me back. They honestly don’t seem to care at all. I inherited a 1957 Thunderbird from my Father and have come to depend on Larry's for not only parts, but their expertise in using them. Recently, I removed the power steering control valve and steering box for rebuild. Mark told me how to get them to him and when they were ready, he contacted me that they were coming. The shop I was utilizing for the installation was having difficulty in mounting the system correctly, and Mark spoke to the mechanics and sent pictures to assist them. It is now on the mend.
