Ordered weather stripping for a 1956 Mustang. Less than 2 weeks after installing it, it is brittle and falling apart. Sent an email, sent pictures, asked for a replacement. After getting the runaround for several weeks I am now told that the manager only approved replacing the "one part that is defective" and the manager is now unavailable for the next three weeks. Ordered a part online we needed urgently since it was listed as in stock. Over a week latter, we called and said it's been back ordered for over a month. I requested a refund and cancellation, but don't even know if they'll actually do it or not.
