I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. I brought my Jeep in for an oil leak — a job that should have been routine — and after two failed repair attempts, the leak still wasn’t fixed. I ended up doing the work myself, and only then did I discover what really went wrong: they hadn’t followed proper procedure, even though they told me they had.
