Original estimate/quote to replace all 12 water baseboards, agreed to quote. Installation started and all but 2 bdrms were completed, and I informed them if close to budget not replace 2 small non-functioning baseboards in another area. Terrible communication, poor service, expensive, and utterly unwilling to work with you. I requested a service, explained what had been done already and what I wanted done. Larry's came in and redid what had already been done and did not do what was requested. When they sent the bill I called them to explain what they did was wrong. They refused to work with me, even after I offered partial payment. The problem was still not fixed.
