Called an hour ahead of time to make sure and confirm that 2 of my tire size was available and asked for the cost. I arrive and explain I’m the young woman who called, only to be told by the serviceman ar the front desk that they don’t have any tires that match my size, I explain to the serviceman that I’m the young woman who called an hour ago and he tells me “he’s sorry he just can’t help me” after I’ve already paid for a tow service.
