My unit is literally dead from an electrical fire and this dude was supposed to show up at 9am this morning after a long holiday weekend and never did. I call and leave a message, he surprisingly calls back but says he has a *cough cough* sore throat and can't work. What a joke!! His reviews say it all. Do not waste your time or get your hopes up with this dude. #flake
Called for a repair. Said it would be in the afternoon. Come 3pm I called to see if he was still coming. No answer. I left message. I called once an hour til 6pm No response or call back. Could have at least called and told me he was flaking out.
Every charge is billed as emergency even when it's scheduled. Way over priced.
