RecommendedI had a great experience with Larry's Electric. When I called I was told they were backed up and it would be a day or two. When the tech came he was very nice and listened attentively. my bill was as quoted and very reasonable. Thank you! (they worked on an AC/heater combo unit that was pouring water on the floor, all good so far)

What they said would take 2 to 3 days took almost a week. Mistakes were made (huge ones) by the installation tech but not owned up to until he was called out on it. What a complete mess they left in our basement. Larry told me that a proper install is key to a furnace lasting many years. I am afraid mine won't last a whole long time. We recently moved to Burley knowing no one in town. Our AC went out on what was the hottest day so far this year, and we had a guest coming for dinner! We called every shop in town, and they were all booked out for at least a week. One company offered to put us on their waiting list! Then we called Larry's Electric and Heating, and Kirk S. came out right away. He spent time on our system, explaining how it worked, what went wrong, and how to best care for it. I'm giving them 5 stars cause I can't give them more, our heat went out had a company come out,put in a filter and it lit up which I told him it would do for awhile (I had just replaced the filter) said to put a new flame sensor in which I did, so called back with no response or call. I called larrys 's they sent out Donny B. Spent some time would not stay running but he brought us heaters and work on it till it worked and did it so it didn't cost us an arm and leg thanks Larry's Electric and thank you Donny B. My heat is not working and the service man has already been here twice and it is still not working! I am on a limited income and I am not able to pay them $70 for each of their service calls! If they were any good at all it should have been repaired the first time! THEY ARE NOT VERY DEPENDABLE IN GETTING THINGS DONE THE FIRST TIME! I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IN THE AREA!
