They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything they are going to do. They make recommendations, but do not force anything on you. And the work and customer service have always been top notch.

I equate my service experience to Apples Genius Bar help in their retail stores clean environment, very professional, understandable terms and personalized care.
