The staff is very professional and up front - they explain the issues and let me decide, they do not pressure.
I'd tell them that i've been a customer for over 15 years and I've always been very satisfied with the quality of the work and service I've received.
They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything they are going to do. They make recommendations, but do not force anything on you. And the work and customer service have always been top notch.
