The Best!
Renee the secretary, wife of the dentist is very incompetent as a secretary. Can't figure out how to do insurance and has made this mistake everytime we have came for appointments. Save yourself the headache and find another dentist!
I was very upset today, never got to see the dentist..the receptionist made it very clear I was intruding on lunch at 2pm.was my appt. Time, all the lights were off, felt as if I causing her a personal breakdown...she had allmy info wrong..and was put out because she had to redo my ins. Info she had gotten wrong..my name was wrong..I had originally made the appointment a check up and cleaning..she had me down for a bad tooth..I was finally so upset I had to walk out..I have never had anyone make me feel so intrusive....
Dr. Wareck is the best I have ever been to. With a lot of patience and hard work he was able to save one of my molars. The best part was that it was totally pain free.
Honestly, I think the Dental Hygienist was awesome. But the rest of the office staff was very grumpy all the time. The dentist spends maybe 2 min with you. Very disappointed.
