We love Dr Walker, his Nurse Practitioners and the staff. They are all so nice and very good at what they do. I highly recommend them!
The office staff are absolutely the worst. They do not call you back for appointments, medical records, etc. it has literally taken months just to get an appointment and months to try to get medical records - which I still have not received. Honestly, hands down the worst medical administrative office experience I have ever had. Dr Walker was knowledgeable but to have to deal with his staff is absolutely horrendous! I feel terrible for those who are really ill who have to deal with these people.
