We have just recently switch to Larry Uteck Dentistry and am very happy withe the service. Recently I chipped my tooth on a weekend, call first thing Monday morning and they got me in the very next day. I am very grateful.
Extremely disappointing experience. The clinic could not clearly explain their charges, and a simple cleaning was unnecessarily split into two visits. I suffered long-term pain after a filling, and instead of addressing the issue, the staff were impatient and avoided responsibility. Even though I communicated politely multiple times, I was accused of being unreasonable and threatening, which was completely untrue and unprofessional. I would not recommend this clinic.
Dr. Nada and her team are the best. We are with them as a family for more than 4 years and will never try other places... Family of 5....
I would’ve given below 1 star if possible. I don’t know even after the same incidents again and again why I kept on choosing this place (maybe close to my house that’s why) but not anymore. They have no respect on someone’s time and never even acknowledge their fault. Whenever I’m booked and arrived at the right time, they kept me in waiting at the reception for 45mins to 1 hr (1.5hrs one instance) and it has never changed.
