I would like to underscore what we appreciated most about Larry’s guidance during a recent acquisition: his perseverance, patience, curiosity, and street-smarts. Having the former owner’s disclosures in hand, Larry took it upon himself to peruse the city archives re: permits and communications just in case a matter had been accidentally overlooked or ignored.
