After losing our Fountaingrove home in the Tubbs Fire in 2017, we suffered a number of setbacks … insurance issues and lawsuits all made our loss even more painful. Larry provided expert advice and execution for the sale of two homes in Santa Rosa. He guided us in deciding how to handle the home sales and was very responsive getting to the properties to coordinate on-site work. He made negotiations with buyers and execution of the paperwork to get to closing easy!
