Had a good experience buying a tractor from here a few years ago, but a very bad experience buying a post hole digger. Post hole digger came unassembled, and delivery driver refused to assemble it. When I called the company they said they all come disassembled (not clear on the website, and salesman did not tell me that when I ordered it.) I could have picked it up in my SUV if I had known it was dissembled and saved the $250 delivery charge. Company refused to give me any credit toward for the unnecessary delivery charg... read more
