Zach was awesome to work with; he’s a great communicator and did what he said he would for me. He gave me a great deal and great service. He even noticed my trailer tires were low on air and brought out the air compressor to ensure my long drive home was safe and secure. Thanks Zach!
I spent many months going back and forth with other tractor dealers over price, financing, etc. A few friends told me to give Kioti a chance so I did. The Director of Sales, Zach, made me feel at ease and applied no pressure whatsoever. As a first time tractor buyer I was kind of all over the place. He was able to answer my questions thoroughly. Because this was my first new tractor purchase, I did a LOT of research. I am almost 69 years old and have used nothing but junk all my life. I am getting too old to rework old equipment. I narrowed my choice down to two options. Kioti and another orange brand. Comparing features and what I intended to use it for, the additional strength of the Kioti sold me. Staff is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Pricing was unmatched compared to other dealers i had looked at. Highly recommend checking them out if you are on the fence about getting any equipment.
