Amazing customer service. It was Saturday 15 min before closing and I called looking for a particular hydraulic hose that uli couldn’t find anywhere near me on a Saturday. Mark in service found me part and then stayed 20 min waiting on me to arrive. That is above and beyond great customer service!!! He deserves a raise, I own a business and this kind of customer service is what makes a business thrive.
I cannot say enough about the customer experience I had with Jim Wilcox and his staff. Jim was super exceptional about showing me all the ins and outs of the zero turn mower I was interested in. He allowed me to ask questions, spent all the time I needed to confirm the mower was what I needed. Moved to a 4 acre lot back in Nov 2025. The reality for maintaining the 4 acre lot sent us on a search for a compact tractor.
