We had an excellent experience with a service call. Larry and Sons was very quick to respond and came out the same day. Our tech Lyle was fantastic and very knowledgeable. He was on time and professional in every way. He took the time to explain and show us the problem and also shared some tips on what to check for in the future. We were very pleased with the service and highly recommend!
I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but since we’re often quick to complain, I think it’s just as important to give credit when it’s due. I recently had Larry and Sons service my AC unit. Initially, I was told the system had been repaired; however, due to the drop in temperature, there was no real way to confirm at that time. This was my 1st time using this company and I am highly pleased with the service I received. Justin Desimone was excellent from start to finish. He was very respectful, informative and I felt like we could trust his expertise. He solved both of the plumbing issues of priority. And gave us very help tips to keep our plumbing system in working order for the future. I will specifically ask for him again if we require other plumbing services. Dylan has been here before, and today he equalled and exceeded his prior service work. Larry and Sons has served us since 2019. We have no intention of going anywhere else.
They are great. Fast quick and didn't kill me finacially. Dylan was awesome, friendly and did great.
