Our AC went out in the middle of the last string of 100* weather. I called Larry's and Lee came out the same day and replace a fan. It stopped working again Friday. Lee came out today(Saturday) and replaced another fan. This actually the 3rd time they have fixed a problem with our very old unit! I would recommend them every time! Without hesitation!!
Installed a new air conditioner unit and I'm very satisfied 😀
My A/C has ran 69F for 8 years, their people cant figure out the problem so larrys caught an attitude with me because when they told me "just set the thermostat to 75 and find something else to worry about".. i said mutiple people in my apartment have a steady 68f and me setting it higher to 75 wasnt a solution.. larrys said "im not supposed to talk to tenants" after knowingly having a 4:29 call with said tenant about multiple subjects, including other tenats addresses/work order and information about maintenace man spraying... read more
Came to service my home and said nothing was wrong. They must have just missed how clogged and dirty the evaporator coil was on a good 35%+, be lucky ifif any air is coming thru the far left and center. These are 200MP photos, go ahead and zoom in. this should have been noticed by a tech with 20+ years experience. This hasnt ever been cleaned and has ran for 8 years straight.
By far the best service I've had. Very knowledgeable, respectful, and most of all quick service. I will never use another business. All smiles
