Worst possible apprasers! In their report they have miscalculated the square footage and have not mentioned the upgrades and had not taken any pics of the upgrades in the kitchen as well . It’s a joke and I ended up paying $715 for the appraisal so that they can pay wages to their staff.upon questioning the report they were adamant that it was done right! I highly “DO NOT RECOMMEND “ their services to anyone. I would not even give them a ⭐️ If I could. A total rip off!!!
