Terrible!!!!! Started off with the wait, then the staff, and then the pointless appt that did nothing but leave my husband with unknown answers. Any one off the street could have checked blood pressure and banked on someone's insurance. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!!!! I would recommend Mid-Del Family Physicians any day over this!
Dr. Ruffin is by far one of the nicest and most caring doctors I have ever met. He sees all five of our children and he is great with every one of them. He personally calls to check on us after appointments if necessary instead of having a nurse or staff member call like most do. He listens to your concerns and addresses them. And he really knows his stuff. He isn't in a hurry when in the room and the wait time isn't too bad. We usually get in pretty quickly. Both of his nurses are friendly too.
I set up an appointment for a annual exam/physical which I had to wait for 3 weeks to get in, which at the time I thought, no big deal. Boy was I wrong! This has to be the worst experience I've every had with any business. The office staff on a scale of 1 to 10 is barely a 3 but the worst part is they billed my insurance and me over $5000 for an exam that they billed as an office visit with lab work. Now you would think, no big deal I'll just call and get it corrected! Wrong! Very unprofessional
I am changing doctors. I have had terminal wait on the phones on at least 6 occasions and have been hung up on at least 3 times after terminal wait. I find the admin staff to be less than professional. No matter how much I like Dr. Ruffin, I just can't deal with the red tape to get an appointment or ask a question.
