My daughter and I relocated from Ohio and needed assistance finding the right homes for each of us. Larry and Rock were the perfect choice. They knew the Naples area and what locations would work for each of our needs. Rock was with me for every viewing , answering questions and getting follow up information. Ultimately I found the perfect place and am very happy with my new condo. I certainly recommend Larry and Rock and the team.
I would absolutely recommend Larry and his team. They were extremely professional, prompt in responses, had excellent communication, and had great knowledge in their field. Larry explained the process to us and was with us every step of the way. He was easy to understand and communicate with. It’s clear he knows the Southwest Florida real estate market and is extremely trustworthy. I enjoyed working with him and his team and would absolutely work with them again!
Every time I have ever dealt with Larry or any one that works with/for him they have been extremely over the top rude. Must be a bad energy that runs through that whole office. If you list your house with him, I can guarantee any interested client that reaches out he will treat them with not only poor customer service, but down right rude and off putting.
I just closed on my sale. Stephanie did an outstanding job. I communicated with her regularly as I am out-of-state and she made sure that every detail was handled. I was very pleased with the entire process. Thanks Stephanie!
