I had a disappointing experience with this dealership. I visited the day after they posted a vehicle I was interested in. While the car had a few minor issues (including a patched tire), I was still willing to buy it—even without an inspection. Awesome experience with Joe Peterson! Ended up buying two cars from him this week. I came in to pick up a 2025 Wrangler. Joe was super helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about Jeeps, especially Wranglers. The experience was 180 degress different than the old school car buying experience. TLDR: Chrysler Pacifica died at under 60,000 miles and instead of receiving compassion and help from the service center, we received sarcasm. Beware that quoted diagnostic fees don't include reassembly time at $225/hour. Our 2018 Pacifica with under 60,000 miles on it had some issues suddenly this summer and eventually died waiting for an appointment. We had it towed for the appointment.
