I had an opportunity to buy a luxury pre-owned vehicle from here. I will say that it was the smoothest car buying experience that I ever had. The staff were on top of my inquiry like never before. I was excited to buy a 2017 Lexus LS — it's a beautiful vehicle with a very comfortable and well-designed interior. However, I was disappointed to find an unexpected $1,200 additional fee added to the final price. I asked if they could remove the fee, but they only offered a $300 discount on it. I didn’t appreciate this approach and felt the fee should have been waived or at least better explained. It took away from what should have been a great car-buying experience.
