I'm not gonna make this review short. You're buying a car. It's a huge decision and you need to do it with the right people. This place and entire experience has been nothing but phenomenal. Deleted my original post and update below. I worked with Louis and his manager thought I got a good car. Turns out this car was a lemon. Has a bad engine code that is almost 5k to fix. They won't do anything and offered to sell me a warranty. Don't buy a used car from them. I truly believe they covered things up.
Anna and Jonelle have been amazing to work with in the service department. The service techs have been fantastic when it comes to diagnosing and fixing my fleet vehicles in a timely manner. Everyone has been friendly and stays in constant contact. I wish I could have these guys at every dealership I work with
