Just bought a 2018 VW Tiguan. This was the best buying experience I have ever had. Kevin the salesperson and the finance lady were phenomenal. I will be returning with my wife for a another purchase!

Armando - the car sales specialist was aweome . He was very knowledgable about all of the cars out there. He helped us and was great to work with,. NOT a pushy sales experience. I highly recommend working with him. Marijane- was the finance director- She knew we needed to get this done within 1 hour due to another appointment. Amazingly - she did a great job and got ius out within the hour- highly recommend these people and this dealership.

I have been swindled by Larry Roesch VW and plan to make it very public. I continue to try to get back into their service department because they charged me $1141.61 to fix my car, but it is NOT fixed. They keep brushing me off every time I call, saying that there is no loaner...they promise to call back "tomorrow" or "in a few days" or "by the end of the week"...this has been going on for a month. I'm LIVID and my car is still not fixed. In my opinion, my money has been stolen from me at this point.
Charged an extra $300 for services I did not authorize, and was charged $127 for a brake fluid change that was supposed to be in the $180 package I bought.
Larry Roesch VW has been a very accommodating dealership. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my husband and I were satisfied with the purchase of our 2018 Tiguan. Highly suggest this dealership! Be sure to see Ryan and he will do a great job taking care of you!
